About The Company
Our client is a middle-market private equity, private real estate, and private credit investment specialist with $40 billion in AUM.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily reconciliation of the firm’s corporate bank accounts to the bank statement and to the general ledger
- Oversee the accounts payable accountant and the accounts payable cycle
- Ensure the proper recording of all vendor invoices in our general ledger system
- Post journal entries prepared by the AP accountant
- Reconcile multiple general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
- Assist with the preparation of the monthly financial reporting packages
- Assist in preparing client invoices
- Research and analyze expense variances
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- 4-6 years of related experience at a private firm
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
$90,000-$120,000
