Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Darbhanga. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage inventory and merchandising. Responsibilities include motivating and managing the store team, meeting sales targets, resolving customer queries, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The role also involves training and developing team members to enhance their sales and customer relationship skills.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills
Sales, customer service, and relationship-building expertise
Inventory management and visual merchandising abilities
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience in the retail or jewellery sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
