The Experienced Commercial Carpenter will be responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry tasks on ground-up commercial construction projects. This position requires strong knowledge of commercial building processes, blueprint reading, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction sites

Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and metal framing

Layout for walls, floors, ceilings, and framing systems

Install doors, frames, hardware, cabinetry, and trim

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and other trades

Minimum 3–5+ years of commercial carpentry experience

Experience with ground-up commercial construction required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Strong understanding of commercial building methods and materials

Experience with metal stud framing and concrete formwork preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

Reliable transportation

OSHA certification preferred
