Starting pay is $16 per hour with no experience.

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that restores homes and businesses damaged by traumatic events such as hurricanes, fires, water leaks, mold, etc.

• Our dedicated team of professionals work hard to be available 24/7
• We believe in serving our community by providing property relief during a time when they need it most

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create a cleaning plan
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process
• Maintain a safe jobsite
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pre and post construction clean-up

• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Personable with good communication skills
• Hard working team player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid driver s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
