Field Merchandiser; part-time - Daphne, AL

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to showcase organizational and time‑management skills while building retailer relationships as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with other products in the stores you serve.

• Starting hourly pay rate $14.00 to $16.00, dependent on skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours 6–10 hours per week.
• Availability required during the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.

The job is physically demanding and requires steady energy and urgency. You will work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms, consistently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 30 pounds during the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You must kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day and may be required to climb stairs or step ladders.

• At least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient with a digital hand‑held device for reading documents and interpreting information.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
