Clinic Nurse - LPN

Minimum Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of clinic procedures typically gained through education or on-the-job training
• Basic knowledge of electronic medical records

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• One of the following:
  • Current Alabama LPN license
  • Current Multi State LPN license in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*

• 
  * Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama

• BLS

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent
