• Quality Control & Inspections
  • Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
  • Verify that housekeeping staff follow proper cleaning procedures and meet sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in training and coaching housekeeping staff to maintain quality standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to room attendants and address deficiencies.
• Guest Satisfaction & Service
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints related to room cleanliness or housekeeping services.
  • Ensure VIP and special‑request rooms are properly prepared.
  • Assist with room inspections before guest check‑ins to uphold a high level of service.
• Inventory & Supplies Management
  • Monitor the use of linens, cleaning products, and guest amenities to prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors to ensure proper stocking and distribution of supplies.
• Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, health, and safety regulations.
  • Report maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC) to the engineering department.
  • Make sure all housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Administrative Duties
  • Complete inspection reports and log housekeeping issues.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and assigning cleaning tasks.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance team to ensure smooth room turnover.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
• Preferred:
  Prior experience in food service or related hospitality role.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage guests and collaborate seamlessly with team members.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
