• Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner.
• Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other health‑care team members.
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record.

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of clinical experience in the field (preferred).
• Actively licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
