In this critical role, you’ll help spur growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients throughout Alabama and the Florida panhandle. From business development, project scoping, and analyzing alternative solutions to leading multi-discipline design projects and mentoring our younger professionals, you’ll get the chance to do it all.

Our ideal candidate will easily understand state and various local design criteria and seamlessly coordinate with clients, other consultants, government agencies, and TTL project staff. It’s a big job with lots of responsibility, and our team will be there to help you every step of the way.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Four to eight years or more of engineering design and construction administration experience in municipal, commercial, industrial, energy, residential, and general land development projects
• Alabama PE license, or the ability to obtain one within three months

• Strong technical, proposal writing, communication, and public presentation skills
• Ability to articulate ideas and concepts
• Engaged in the professional engineering community
• Able to work in a collaborative work environment
