Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site Administrative Assistant role located in Daphne, AL. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily clerical tasks, support executive‑level staff, and assist with scheduling and correspondence. Additional responsibilities include managing phone calls, maintaining organized records, and providing exceptional communication and organizational support to the team.
Qualifications- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in office software and tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, on‑site environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
