Staff Accountant

The company continues to expand through acquisitions, and this role will be instrumental in supporting day-to-day accounting operations while gaining exposure to the broader financial picture of the business.

• Manage daily accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
• Accurately code transactions in Quick Books Online (QBO) to support job costing and profitability reporting
• Assist with monthly close processes and financial reporting
• Support job profitability analysis and project‑related accounting
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with process improvements as the company grows

• Prior experience in construction, architecture, or engineering environments strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and general accounting principles
• Hands‑on experience with Quick Books Online
• Interest in long‑term career growth and leadership development
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
