Walmart Stores - 215 Piedmont Place - Responsibilities:
Maintain area of responsibility per policies by handling returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise;
Maintain self-checkout area and resolve member issues and concerns;
Provide guidance to members regarding self-service technology and processing purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Train Member Frontline Service associates on processes and procedures and deliver program rollout training
