Overview
Maintain clean working bars in accordance with ABC and Health Department standards. Remove trash and clean bars, mop and sweep storeroom and walk-in coolers. Remove all empty CO2 tanks, beer kegs and soda boxes to proper locations, with deep cleaning of bars on both boats and land.
Responsibilities- Stock bars and respond to bartender requests for stock; monitor bar stock levels.
- Retrieve bar supplies from storage area; stock and rotate the bar as required.
- Wash glasses and ensure the ice bin is filled.
- Assist the bartenders and cocktail servers on glass removal; assist with the delivery of stock.
- Change CO2 tanks, beer kegs and soda boxes; notify managers of equipment problems.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining break rooms (boat porters).
- Follow safety rules; work various shifts including holidays and weekends.
- Assist with general duties to ensure guest and co-worker service is friendly, quick and professional.
Provide friendly, quick, professional service to guests and co-workers. Smile and make eye contact when in contact with guests.
Duty to report equipment problems to management and coordinate with maintenance when needed.
