• Responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments
• Assessing physical health needs
• Making appropriate referrals to community physicians
• Providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with the psychiatrist/nurse practitioner
• Providing a wide range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services
• Sharing shift‑management responsibilities with other staff
• Providing direct case management services to individuals
• Conducting medication education and performing necessary documentation
• Assisting individuals with weekly medication bag/box fills
• Delivering medications to the homes of individuals per morning/evening medication runs on a rotation basis
• Participating in on‑call rotation
• Performing TB screening risk assessments for Agency staff

• Completion of educational requirements for Registered Nurse with a valid RN license to practice in VA
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• At least one year of experience providing services to individuals with serious mental illness
• Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug‑free workplace.

Annual Salary Range: $57,001 - $99,751
