About Our TeamSovah Danville is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As a Registered Nurse you will provide essential care for One Day Surgery patients with no call or weekend requirements, offering an excellent work‑life balance.
How You’ll Contribute- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
- Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation of medical necessity in the medical record
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
- Provides pre‑operative patient teaching

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (or equivalent); preferred but not required.
- Current VA (or multi‑state) RN license.
