Are you an experienced and reliable floor care professional looking for consistent, full-time overnight work? We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Floor Technician to join our team in Danville. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial floor maintenance and is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Competitive hourly wage, $13.00

This is a mandatory fixed schedule position. Applicants must be able to reliably work all shifts listed below:

Sunday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Monday - Thursday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Friday & Saturday: Off

The Floor Technician will be responsible for the comprehensive care and maintenance of all hard floor surfaces within a commercial facility. This includes, but is not limited to:

Operating and maintaining a variety of professional floor care equipment (e.g., buffers, scrubbers, extractors, vacuums).

Executing floor care procedures, including stripping, waxing, sealing, buffing, and high-speed burnishing.

Performing deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery as needed.

Identifying and addressing immediate floor care needs (e.g., spills, stains).

Safely handling and mixing commercial cleaning chemicals according to established guidelines.

Maintaining inventory of supplies and notifying management when reordering is necessary.

Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.

Previous experience in a commercial or institutional setting.

Proven expertise in VCT, tile, and concrete floor stripping and refinishing.

Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision during overnight hours.

High level of physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and push/pull equipment for the entire shift.

Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards.

Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.

A clean background check and drug screen is required.
