Inviting applications for the role of Solutions Architect
Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Solutions Architect (multiple positions) in Danville, IL to be lead discussions with customers to define business challenges in the context of technology solutions. Document assessed client needs and translate them into technical requirements. Collect and organize client requirements and participate in requirements gathering and workshops. Document business, functional, and technical requirements. Contribute to overall technology solution including conceptual, logical, and physical architecture.
Identify optimal digital technologies, assets, and platforms based on design for build phase and implement analytics solutions while ensuring adherence to software development standards. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets while analyzing results and converting trends and data into actionable recommendations. Organize project work into client presentations and outline findings and recommendations. Maintain proficiency in programming languages, program development, and testing.
Serve as an expert in the designated areas of responsibility. Collaborate with the business and technology architects to define technology solutions for clients. Configure and build technology models as described by the architects along with testing models to functions and features. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with the client in future production models to verify planned functionality, document misses in requirements, and describe corrective actions.
Education – Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years of related experience in the job offered or a related occupation. As an alternative, in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of Bachelor's-level study and 1 year of related experience in the job offered or a related occupation are also acceptable.
Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position also requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with at least one programming language and business processes. Position headquartered in Danville, IL with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with less than 5% of travel required. $81,744 to $85,831 per year.
