Job Responsibilities- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Greet guests in a timely manner.
- Provide guests with menus.
- Assign guests to tables.
- Ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set‑up.
- Receive and record guests reservations.
- Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
- Must be able to obtain a required Non‑Gaming License.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Repetitive lifting up to 15 lbs.
- Frequent walking.
- Work area subject to variable temperatures.
- May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise.
