- Ensures the efficient and smooth service of guests in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
- Provide drink and food service to guests in a variety of formats and set‑ups.
- May assist with set‑up and breakdown of catering and banquet functions.
- Knowledge of company policy and local ordinances relative to the service of alcoholic beverages.
