Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Nephrology and dialysis team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting, including assessments, management of chronic kidney disease, and dialysis patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients on treatment plans and medications.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
Active VA Medical license
, DEA certification
, team player, self-motivated, with strong communication skills. Nephrology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
