EPIC Health Partners is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMHPs) to join our growing behavioral health team. We are hiring clinicians across multiple service lines. If you’re passionate about client‑centered, community‑focused care and want to make an impact, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, family, group, and/or crisis therapy
- Complete clinical assessments, screenings, and treatment plans
- Document notes, plans, reviews, and discharges within required timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners
- Support intake, referrals, and treatment coordination
- Conduct risk assessments and respond appropriately in emergencies
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and required trainings
- Provide clinical oversight or supervision to LMHP‑R/S staff when applicable
- Licensed in Virginia as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist (We also welcome LMHP‑R/S actively working toward licensure.)
- Experience in behavioral health, outpatient, substance use, or community‑based services
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Valid driver’s license (for positions that include community‑based work)
