Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, linkage, and advocacy services to individuals with developmental disability; develop and implement individual service plans; complete required documentation; and comply with all regulations applicable to program services.
- Minimum Requirements
- M1:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field (degree subject to approval) - OR:
Registered Nurse with a valid Registered Nurse license to practice in Virginia - M2:
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record - Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug‑free workplace.
