• Responsible for ensuring that Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) are in compliance with all federal, state, local and Agency regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in all aspects of facility operations; assist with budget development and coordination of the cost settlement process.
• Gather baseline data and coordinate screening, admission, and discharge of individuals.
• Establish teamwork with contract professionals including physicians and other medical professionals.
• Coordinate development and implementation of individualized programs; ensure proper administration of medication by staff.
• Participate in staff recruitment, training and supervision, and monitor work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage at all times.
• Plan own work with supervisory consultation and considerable latitude for decision making.
• Functions without direct oversight in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• M1: Bachelors degree in Human Services field OR Registered Nurse with a valid Registered Nurse license to practice in Virginia
• M2: At least one year clinical experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• M3: Valid drivers license with safe driving record
• Preferred Requirements
  • Supervisory experience
  • Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
