Southside Behavioral Health Consortium Regional Manager (5048)

Responsibilities- Provide management and oversight of the Southside Behavioral Health Consortium (SBHC) state‑funded regional projects under the supervision of the Executive Director.
- Attend SBHC meetings to report on project planning, developmental issues, and participate in problem‑solving.
- Facilitate utilization, fiscal, and monitoring reports on regional initiatives/activities, including Regional Discharge Assistance Plan (RDAP), Local Inpatient Purchase of Service (LIPOS), crisis funds, regional crisis stabilization, recovery funds, and any other special projects.
- Collect, organize, and present data to promote understanding of key trends and issues.
- Participate in state‑level work groups on Restructuring and Reinvestment.
- Perform utilization management for regional discharge assistance and LIPOS funds in tandem with local CSB staff to ensure funds are efficiently accounted for and spent.
- Prepare agenda for and attend SBHC meetings, including partnership and leadership groups, census management teams, and the RUM Committee.
- Prepare meeting minutes and develop a regional monitoring and tracking system reporting consumers admitted and discharged, hospital utilization, consumer clinical information, and referral information.
- Provide presentations, reports, and consultations as requested to CSBs, organizations, and individuals; coordinate regional activities with assigned staff.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Minimum Requirements
- M1:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Nursing, Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration or approved Human Services degree. - M2:
Minimum of one year of experience in the Behavioral Health Services field. - M3:
Minimum of two years of project or program management experience. - M4:
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- P1:
Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration or approved Human Services. - P2:
Qualified Mental Health Professional. - Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug‑free workplace.
Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position.
