Medical Assistant

Medical Assistants help doctors deliver primary health care and patient care management. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to multi‑task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be detail‑oriented. Applicants must be able to prioritize and adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner. • Room setup and rooming patients
• Taking vitals and recording patient's medical history
• Communicating with patients and determining medical problems
• Maintaining exam room in a clean and orderly manner for examinations and testing
• Stocking supplies and sterilizing instruments
• Providing assistance as needed in the front office

Medical Assistant training program degree

One to two years of hands‑on medical assisting experience preferred

Experience with EMR is a plus
