The intern will work closely with our slots management team to understand the operational, technical, and strategic aspects of managing a world‑class slot floor.

Responsibilities- Assist in the daily operations of the slot floor, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Support slot performance analysis by collecting and interpreting data on machine utilization, revenue trends, and player preferences.
- Observe and participate in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of slot machines under supervision.
- Assist with guest interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events involving slot games.
- Learn and apply slot accounting procedures, including jackpot payouts and machine audits.
- Collaborate with the slots management team on special projects, such as optimizing floor layouts or testing new games.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to gain a deeper understanding of slots operations and the gaming industry.
- Hands‑on experience in a key operational area of the gaming industry.

- Must be at least 21 years of age by the start of the internship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licensure.
