Key Job Functions

• Entering player ratings. Maintain markers and dockets, including buybacks, transfers, and voids.
• Assisting Supervisors with markers, fills, credits, and various duties as time allows.
• Assist in seating and maintaining waiting lists.
• Entering information for new players and retrieving Total Rewards cards from the Total Rewards Center.
• Changing printer ribbons.
• Answering pit telephones. Ensuring all pits are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Filing and organizing entered rating slips.
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

• Minimum one-year computer experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must know how to operate a computer and ten-key adding machines.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must get along with co‑workers and work as a team.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must present a well‑groomed appearance.

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assigned table in the Pit department during entire shift, with regular interval breaks.
• Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Responds to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures.
• Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
• Must be able to read, verify, and sign appropriate documents relating to the game in a small area.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing second‑hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
