ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Deals Poker games by applicable laws and company policies and procedures.
- Greets guests to Poker tables, provides information about the game, answers any questions players may have about procedures, and provides instructions to the players as needed.
- Collects rake at the end of each bet and upon completion of the game, drops the rake into the table drop box; assures accuracy of the rake count. ensures the integrity of the game and provides an enjoyable gaming experience.
- Maintains a working knowledge of company policies, internal controls, and applicable laws.
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven knowledge and experience in dealing with Poker is required.
- High School graduate or GED required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain a VA Lottery Gaming License.
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Must be able to work in environment including second hand smoke, lights, loud noises
- I understand the Casino and its surrounding areas are under constant surveillance, and that as an employee of Caesars Virginia, I will be under that surveillance. I also acknowledge that I have had my photograph taken and understand it will be kept on file with Caesars Virginia Surveillance Department.
