Under professional supervision of the Director of Early Childhood Services, the Early Childhood Case Manager provides assessment, linkage, and advocacy services to individuals from birth to age three with a developmental delay, atypical development, or diagnosed disabling condition recognized by the Part C Early Intervention system. The Early Childhood Case Manager will act as primary facilitator in the coordination and integration of services for assigned caseload;
develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs); complete required documentation; and comply with all regulations applicable to program services. Applies generally prescribed standard practices over a wide range of procedures with some latitude for decision making.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Must have Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Human Services related field, or any discipline or profession listed under Part C Personnel Standards
- OR Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in Virginia
- Must complete Early Intervention Training Modules, apply for, and obtain Early Intervention Case Manager certification within two months of hire
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
Annual salary range: $43,722 - $76,514
5% Increase for Certified Early Intervention Professional
