Where You’ll Make a Difference- Learn about our customers, their products, and the markets they serve
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external customers
- Support account planning and help track performance against goals
- Collaborate with teams like R&D, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to support customer projects
- Actively scout for new customers, transforming leads into profitable business opportunities
- Help monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Foster a collaborative team environment by actively supporting team members, sharing insights, and contributing to a culture of mutual success
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and pricing aligned with business goals
- Ensure customer needs are communicated clearly across departments
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields preferred).
- Strong interest in pursuing a long‑term sales career
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Curiosity about market trends, consumer behavior, and innovation.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience or coursework in sales or related industry is a plus.
- Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Exposure to the food and beverage industry or flavor development.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
