We are hiring a Dietary Aide/Server at our Danville, PA location. This role supports our culinary team and is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a rapidly expanding organization.

The Dietary Aide is responsible for setting up dining areas and trays for meal services, adhering to food‑safety guidelines, and following dietary restrictions based on residents’ needs. The position also assists the cook in meal preparation and service, meeting scheduled meal times in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Assist the cook/supervisor with food preparation and service following specific procedures.
• Deliver residents’ meal carts and maintain dining area(s) for service.
• Accurately record refrigerator temperatures; clean and stock as needed.
• Wash and store dishes, maintaining sanitation and kitchen maintenance standards.
• Know and follow Federal, State, and Community regulations, policies, and procedures.

• 1 year of food service experience preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Clear communication skills to all levels within the community.
• Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assignments.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Capacity for multitasking and prioritizing.
• Serv Safe certification desirable but not required.

High school diploma or GED.

• Positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $13/hour to start.

Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM with every other weekend availability.
