• Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000

• Develop and conduct end-to-end user research to improve Amplify products across user-facing and technical back-end experiences
• Collaborate with researchers, product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners to address key research questions
• Recruit and maintain a diverse database of participants for user research
• Conduct mixed methods research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and classroom observations
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders

• 2+ years of experience leading end-to-end research in the product development process
• Strong technical background with the ability to learn complex systems and translate requirements into user research frameworks
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods, including usability testing and field research
• Excellent communication skills to present findings with a user-centric perspective
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with customer relationship management
• Familiarity with research on technical back-end systems or B2B software platforms
• Degree or experience in education, HCI, technology, design, or user research
