Nuclear Medical Technician

• Work 40 hours per week on a 4x10 schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating days off
• Possibility of call only on weekends and holidays
• Administer ionizing radiation (radioactive material and computed tomography) and nonionizing radiation
• Administer adjunctive medications for diagnostic, therapeutic, radiotheranostics or research purposes
• Perform nuclear medicine and molecular imaging procedures
• Acquire and analyze data for interpretation by licensed practitioners
• Administer prescribed radionuclide therapy to patients under authorized user supervision
• Work with 3 SPECT Cameras, 1 SPECT/CT Camera, and 2 PET/CT Cameras
• Study various organs, body systems and samples to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Required certifications: CNMT or ARRT-N, Basic Life Support Certification (AHA)
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field of Study preferred
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred
