This position is full time with no evenings or weekends required. Our Dietitian will enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. • Supports and delivers the highest level of nutrition care to patients to meet the customer’s overall needs.
• Calculate nutritional needs, establish goals, and implement medical nutrition therapy for patients based on their overall nutritional status.
• Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs which lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomes.
• Comply with regulatory standards – both Federal and State and accrediting agencies adhering to confidentiality, HIPPA regulations, residents’ right policies and Joint Commission regulations.
• Collaborate with IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) to provide quality nutrition and culinary program.
• Review menu cycle for nutrient analysis and diet consistencies.
• Supports quality assurance initiatives in the kitchen.
• Implement Health & Wellness initiatives.
