As a financial reporting manager, you will manage the preparation of financial statement processes for various clients in accordance with regulatory and client calendars.
Whatyou will do
- In the financial reporting function, you will be responsible for managing and, in some cases, participating in the drafting of the annual, quarterly and other financial statements for clients as applicable. You will execute the financial reporting process controls, conduct internal reviews, and manage external reviews for these documents. You will oversee the financial reporting specialists assigned to you and will prepare the necessary documentation, provide to clients, and, where applicable, assist in filings with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) in accordance with regulatory deadlines.

You will also ensure staffing requirements are met by assessing resource requirements, interviewing candidates, and hiring employees. You will foster a team environment that includes development, promotions and disciplinary action.
- We want you to succeed and look for future solutions. Through attending and participating in IMS and corporate professional development sessions, you will acquire tools to identify processes across the division and organization, and you will have the opportunity to partner with a diverse team and grow your career.
