• Provide monthly/quarterly reporting analyzing financial results and performance to targets and strategic initiatives
• Own the short and long-term forecasting process and develop driver-based forecast models
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on market performance, including post-mortem analyses
• Present to senior leadership on translating business driver trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Complete required external and regulatory reports and provide research on miscellaneous items

• What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 4+ years of diverse analytical experience in Finance, preferably with exposure to banking
  • Strong financial and/or accounting acumen with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and resolve issues independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with data visualization applications (Tableau)
  • Familiarity with financial management software applications (Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Essbase)
  • Experience with SQL and Google Big Query
  • Previous experience in Commercial Banking
