As an Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a lead worker by distributing and interpreting work assignments, providing assistance, conducting on-the-job training, and reviewing the work for adherence to processing standards. Work involves carrying out various administrative assignments including research and studies in connection with the development and evaluation of agency programs. You will be responsible for maintaining personnel and administrative files;
assisting with preparing service provider contracts; and utilizing your extensive typing skills to compile a variety of letters, reports, contracts, transmittals, and vouchers. You will also have the opportunity to:
- Act as administrative secretary to the AAA Administrator and Deputy Administrator
- Assist with arranging training requests for staff including vouchers, hotel reservations, county travel, and training requests
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

- Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
