As an Administrative Assistant 1, your primary role will involve delivering essential administrative support to the Bureau of Forestry staff at Sproul State Forest. This includes the preparation of various documents related to personnel, purchasing, and budgetary matters, which will require your attention for the Forest District Manager’s approval. You will be tasked with the ongoing review and monitoring of the budget, utilizing the SAP system to access a range of reports and other inquiry data to ensure accurate account coding is maintained throughout the budget administration process.
Additionally, you will be responsible for generating all purchase orders, Non-POs, and shopping carts for necessary supplies and services, leveraging statewide contracts as appropriate within the SAP/SRM system to facilitate efficient procurement.

Work Schedule and Additional Information- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 30‑minute lunch.
