Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise;
Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service and assist with phone inquiries;
Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions and handle exchanges/returns in accordance with policies;
Maintain and secure the cash drawer, and assist with inventory tasks such as stocking shelves and planogram updates;
Perform in-store services (install wipers, test and charge batteries, scan vehicle trouble codes) and assist with occasional deliveries when needed
