Base pay range: $28,785.60/yr - $28,785.60/yr.

Responsibilities- Maintain the general upkeep of grounds areas. Cut grass, trim shrubbery, lawn trimming, spray weeds, leaf removal, storm damage and debris cleanup. Clean and maintain roads and playground equipment.
- Perform janitorial duties in maintaining buildings and adjacent areas. Change light bulbs and other minor electrical work when required.
- Make electrical repairs and minor repairs to heating and ventilating equipment. Assist with changing HVAC filter.
- Paint surfaces and operate machinery and equipment. Keep records and assist skilled trades person.
- Make carpentry repairs to buildings and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

None. - Special Requirements (Age, Licensure, Regulation, Etc.): Must be 18 years of age.
Incumbents in this job title may be exposed to extreme temperatures which requires adherence to safety procedures. Must follow safety procedures, such as utilization of eye and ear protection, when utilizing certain mechanical equipment.
