A leading international industrial group is seeking an OPX Engineer to drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the production processes. The successful candidate will manage improvement programs, lead cost savings workshops, and ensure a safe working environment. A Bachelor's degree or several years of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP software.

Flexibility in work hours is required to support 24-hour production operations.
