Fully Licensed Rad Tech - Expected pay for this position is $27.25 - $35.67/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an hourly position.

Limited License Rad Tech - Expected pay for this position is $21.93 - $28.71/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an hourly position.

As a Radiology Technologist Care Guide, you'll ensure a seamless patient experience by managing everything from clerical and clinical tasks to occupational health duties, including imaging, registration, vitals, and drug screens. Qualifications Full Licensed Rad Tech

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Completion of a formal Radiography program with associated certificate or degree
  • License/

    Certifications:

    Licensed with IEMA;
    American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) completed within 2 weeks of hire; ARRt (R) registry eligible;
    Must complete ARRT registry within 6 months of hire
  • Other requirements/information:
    May be required to float between clinics as needed.
  • Other skills/knowledge:
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
    Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a medical office assistant or CNA or equivalent, previous experience with an electronic health record and phlebotomy.
  • Knowledge of urgent care medical specialty.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of Epic.
  • Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion, good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude.
  • Current certification as a radiology technician with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Current American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
Limited License Rad Tech

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

    High School Diploma/ GED
  • Experience:

    1 year healthcare experience
  • Licensure/ Certification:
    Limited scope testing certification provided by ARRT;
    American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
  • Other Skills/ Knowledge:
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
  • May be required to float between clinics as needed.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a medical office assistant or CNA or equivalent, previous experience with an electronic health record.
  • Knowledge of urgent care medical specialty. Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of Epic.
  • Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
