Our platform unifies patient data, labs, wearables, AI insights, and clinician-guided supplement distribution into a single, intelligent ecosystem—helping providers deliver more personalized, proactive care.
We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a driven Sales Associate to help grow our provider network and support our next phase of scale.
What You’ll DoAs a Sales Associate at XHalo
360, you’ll work closely with our sales leadership, product, and clinical teams to drive adoption of the XHalo
360 Provider and Patient platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospect and engage healthcare providers (wellness, longevity, functional, concierge, integrative practices)
- Conduct product overviews and assist with demos
- Support the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture outbound opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and support pipeline reporting
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and outreach
- Build strong relationships with providers and decision-makers
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success
- Experience or interest in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or healthtech
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with clinicians, practice managers, and executives
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is a plus
- Experience selling to medical or wellness practices
- Knowledge of EHRs, digital health platforms, or supplements
- Startup or early-stage company experience
