Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be involved in various aspects of our operations, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant or grocery store setting.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs.
• Prepare and serve food items according to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
• Assist with food handling and preparation tasks, ensuring adherence to health regulations.
• Operate the Cake POS system for order processing and payment transactions.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Help train new staff members as needed, sharing knowledge of best practices in food service.

• Previous setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Cake point-of-sale technology is advantageous.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others succeed.
• Basic skills in food preparation and kitchen operations are beneficial.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 29 per week

• Morning shift
