• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a SNF setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

• 1 Reference in entire work history
• Preferred:
  License and SNF experience

Travel experience is preferred.

• Pay Rate: $1688.22 - $1849.86
• Allied travel assignments are typically for 13 weeks with generous packages
