Position Summary
Super Service Today is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
- Clearly explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to customers
- Complete service documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies
- Represent Super Service Today professionally at all customer locations
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- HVAC license preferred (licensed candidates strongly encouraged to apply)
- Non-licensed technicians considered with strong experience and certifications
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
- Experience with residential systems
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Familiarity with digital dispatching or service software (a plus)

Super Service Today is looking for skilled HVAC Installers to install residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. This role is ideal for hands-on professionals who take pride in high-quality workmanship and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Remove and dispose of old equipment safely and properly
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety standards
- Perform system start-ups and basic operational testing
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth job completion
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- HVAC license preferred, but non-licensed installers accepted with sufficient experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with residential installations
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and best practices
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
