Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician for an on‑site role located in Danvers, MA. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing maintenance and repair tasks, executing preventive maintenance measures, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and meeting all environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting HVAC systems and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience with Maintenance & Repair tasks and conducting Preventive Maintenance
• EPA certification and understanding of environmental safety standards
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Previous HVAC experience and relevant technical training or certifications
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
