Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies, and assisting with access control and general inquiries;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, corridors, parking areas, and building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify conditions that may require attention;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed by post orders;
Monitor entry points and restricted areas, verify authorization where applicable, and report irregularities according to site procedures;
Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts, and support emergency response activities when appropriate
