Pay RangeBase pay: $70,000–$85,000 per year. Other compensation: sales/renewals incentives.
Responsibilities- Act as a high‑touch resource to clients, driven through a comprehensive understanding of client and CCC products.
- Develop and execute win‑win negotiation strategies for contract renewals that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship.
- Maximize account growth by identifying new revenue sources and promoting CCC products and services.
- Analyze and document business problems from the customer perspective, identify trends and recommend solutions based on CCC products.
- Escalation point for handling difficult client issues, high‑severity requests, or issue escalations.
- Advocate for customers to ensure all departments understand their needs and requirements.
- Conduct occasional training with client staff to ensure proper utilization of licenses and supported products.
- 3‑5 years corporate client account management and client retention experience.
- Proven B2B sales/renewals success, including business development capabilities to mine accounts for upsell opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance relationships, develop new internal contacts across all levels and cultures.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate innovation and sound judgment when making decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, comfortable delivering formal presentations.
- Travel up to 20%.
Will reside within commuting distance of Danvers, MA. Expected to work in the office up to 2 days a week. Work during Eastern time zone hours.
