What You'll DoYou will greet members at the front desk, manage check-ins, answer phones, assist with scheduling leagues and lessons, provide tours, explain membership options, process payments, support retail sales, and maintain a clean, organized facility. This is an active role where you are constantly moving and interacting with guests.
What We OfferWe offer competitive hourly pay of $17, plus commission opportunities on memberships, merchandise and retail sales. Team Members receive a complimentary membership after certain metrics are met, employee discounts on gear and apparel, and opportunities for advancement into Lead, Supervisor, or Management roles.
Who We re Looking ForWe hire for attitude and reliability first. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, comfortable talking with new people, and enjoys teamwork. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or sports is helpful but not required.
